The Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP), implemented under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Land and Irrigation and financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and experienced individuals for the recruitment of Individual Consultants for the following positions.

📋 GENERAL CONDITIONS
✅ Qualifications: All qualifications should be in the relevant field of the post (refer attached TOR)
✅ Age Preferred: Candidates below 45 years of age are encouraged to apply
✅ Languages: Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Tamil, with Sinhala; good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; working knowledge of another official language desirable
✅ Duration of Service: As mentioned in the particular Term of Reference (TOR)
✅ Location: Project Management Unit in Battaramulla; Hub offices at Nikaweratiya (Hub 01) and Madawachchiya (Hub 02); frequent travel to project locations required
