🎓 QUALIFICATIONS
DIRECTOR POSTS
- Degree in a relevant field recognized by the UGC.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 15 years of managerial experience.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT)
- Degree in Management or Human Resources from a recognized university.
- Minimum one year of administrative experience in a managerial capacity.
TRANSLATOR
- Distinction Passes in Tamil and English at G.C.E. (O/L).
- Degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Minimum one year of experience in English–Tamil translation.
- High proficiency in English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR & TRANSLATOR
22 – 45 years
