Degree + Postgraduate in relevant field. 15 years' experience in a managerial level position in Govt./State Corp./Board/Statutory Body/Recognized Institution.
Age: 35 – 55 Years

Service Category: Manager (MM 1-1)
Salary Scale: Rs. 91,690 – 168,240 & Govt. approved allowances
Degree in Engineering (Civil) or B.Sc. (Relevant) / NVQ Level 7 or Equivalent Qualifications. 1 year – 6 years' experience.
Age: 22 – 45 Years

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (CAREER GUIDANCE, JOB PLACEMENT & PROMOTION)

Salary Scale: Rs. 91,690 – 168,240 & Govt. approved allowances
Degree recognized by UGC or 5 years' experience in relevant field.

Salary Scale: Rs. 72,650 – 122,970 & Govt. approved allowances
Degree / NVQ Level 7 / NDT, NDES, HNDE, NVQ Level 6 or NVQ Level 5. 5 – 10 years' experience.
Age: 22 – 45 Years

Degree recognized by UGC or 8 years' experience in relevant field.

Service Category: Management Assistant (Non-Technical) (MA 1-2)
Salary Scale: Rs. 46,220 – 84,350 & Govt. approved allowances
G.C.E. O/L with 6 subjects (4 credit passes) & G.C.E. A/L with 3 subjects (Except Common General Test).
Age: 18 – 45 Years
