கல்வி அமைச்சு, தென் கொரிய EXIM வங்கியின் நிதி உதவியுடன் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படும் தேசிய இ-கற்றல் திட்டம் மற்றும் இடைநிலைக் கல்விக்கான தகவல் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில்நுட்ப மையங்கள் நிறுவும் திட்டத்திற்காக, 27 மாத ஒப்பந்த அடிப்படையில் தகுதியான இலங்கைப் பிரஜைகளிடமிருந்து விண்ணப்பங்களை கோரியுள்ளது. பூர்த்தி செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பங்களை பதிவுத் தபால் மூலம் 2026 ஆகஸ்ட் 29-ஆம் திகதி மாலை 3.00 மணிக்கு முன் சேர்ந்தடையும் வகையில் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
